Q: What 3D/2D file formats do you accept for custom gear quotes?

A: We accept 3D files in STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), and SolidWorks formats. For 2D drawings with tolerances, thread details, and heat-treatment specifications, we accept PDF, DWG, and DXF files.

Q: Can you process micro-gears with extremely small module sizes?

A: Yes. Our processing capabilities go down to Module 0.1, which is ideal for medical devices, precision instruments, and micro-actuators.

Q: Do you provide material certificates and inspection reports?

A: Available upon request. As a customized product, sometimes customers trust us enough that they don't require documentation. However, if needed, we will include the Material Test Report (MTR) as well as a detailed quality inspection report (including dimensional inspection and hardness measurement data) with every shipment.
