Diverse Manufacturing Processes

Leveraging our equipment and mastered processes, we can utilize precision injection molding for mass-produced plastic gears. For prototypes, small batch orders, or specialized engineering plastics (such as PEEK and Nylon), we utilize five-axis machining equipment such as the Kashifuji KPS30 skiving machine, eliminating the need for mold making and ensuring fast delivery.
