DE Series
The DE series of cam indexers have seven models: 45DE, 60DE, 70DE, 80DE, 110DE, 140DE, and 180DE. The output shaft of this series of cam indexing tables is a shaft with keyway and flange output. This output shaft has two drive modes. The direct drive output shaft can be connected to couplings, turntables, flange sleeves, etc. The indirect drive output shaft can be connected to sprockets, timing wheels, gears, etc. This DE series machine is suitable for heavy-load rotation positioning, such as various types of disc assembly machines, drilling machines, etc.

The DT series of cam indexers are available in 80DT, 110DT, 140DT, 180DT, 210DT, 250DT, 350DT, and 450DT. It is similar in function and design to the Flange Model DF Series and can withstand large axial loads and vertical radial pressures during drive operation. DA Series
The DA series cam indexing drives are available in 70DA, 90DA, 110DA, 150DA, 190DA, 230DA, 330DA, and 450DA. Designed the same as the DT table models, the DA series models have a raised fixed disc and a large-diameter hollow shaft at the output end. The big output shaft flange rotates and the little center flange is immovable. Various kinds of industrial equipment as well as heavy-duty, multi-process, complicated product assembly make extensive use of this class of machines. Its ultrathin size helps it to reduce installation space and fit into small areas.

Degradation causes: primarily wear between the cam and rollers (recommended to replace the corresponding lubricant every 2,000 hours);
Maintenance points:
1.Avoid overloading (radial load should not exceed 80% of the parameter table);
2.Ambient temperature ≤40°C (high temperatures accelerate grease aging);
3.Inspect roller clearance every 5,000 hours (adjust if exceeding 0.02 mm).
