Engineering Review & Quote

Our engineers will review your design and provide a quotation within 24-48 hours. If necessary, we will provide you with process optimization suggestions.

 

Sample / Prototype Confirmation

For new parts or customers, we will manufacture samples before the final mass production. You can conduct inspections and dimensional checks before we arrange the final production plan.

 

Production

Once the sample is approved, we schedule full-scale production using the most appropriate gear cutting process - Skiving, Hobbing, Shaping, or Broaching - based on your specifications and volume requirements.

 

Quality Inspection

Each batch of products will undergo systematic dimensional inspection by engineers, and if necessary, we can provide the required inspection reports.

 

Delivery

A: We manufacture gears with a module range of M0.1 to M5.0, and an outer diameter (tip diameter) from 3 mm to 300 mm. If your requirement falls outside this range, please contact us - we are happy to assess feasibility on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What materials can you work with?

A: We work with a wide range of engineering materials, including carbon steels (e.g. 45 steel), alloy steels (e.g. 20CrMnTi), stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, and more. If a material is commonly used in precision gear manufacturing, we can work with it. Please specify your material requirements when submitting your drawing or inquiry.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Our standard MOQ is 5 pieces, though this may vary depending on the complexity of the part and the machining process involved. For prototype or first-article orders, smaller quantities are considered. Please share your requirements and we will confirm the MOQ for your specific project.

Q: What are your lead times for samples and production orders?

A: Sample and prototype lead time is typically 1 to 2 weeks, depending on part complexity. For production orders, lead time is generally 3 to 4 weeks from sample approval, subject to our production schedule at the time of order placement. We recommend confirming lead times with our team when placing your order.

Q: I don't have a drawing yet. Can we still work together?

A: Yes. If you have a physical sample, we can perform reverse engineering to produce the necessary drawings and proceed with quoting. Alternatively, if you can provide key specifications - such as module, number of teeth, accuracy grade, material, and application details - our engineering team can work with you from there. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Q: Can you provide inspection reports with my order?

A: Yes. Every production batch is inspected against ISO accuracy standards using our in-house CMM, gear inspection machine, and hardness tester. Dimensional inspection reports - including tooth profile, pitch, and runout measurements - are available upon request and can be supplied with each shipment.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We primarily accept payment via T/T (bank wire transfer). Other payment arrangements may be discussed depending on order value and the nature of the collaboration. Please contact us to confirm payment terms for your specific order.

Q: Do you ship internationally? What shipping methods are available?
