Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM and ODM orders?
A: MOQ: 5 pcs. Small-batch trial orders are welcome - we work with customers from prototype quantities through to large-scale production runs. Tell us your volume requirements and we'll confirm feasibility with no obligation.
Q: How long does production and delivery take?
A: Lead times vary by product complexity and order volume. As a general reference, standard components typically ship within 15–25 business days after order confirmation. Custom ODM projects - including design, prototyping, and first-batch production - are quoted with a detailed timeline at the start of the project.
Q: How do you protect my designs, drawings, and IP?
A: We highly value your intellectual property rights and will not share any technical information without authorization. If necessary, we can sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your design proposal, technical specifications, and brand information will always be exclusively owned by you.
Q: What payment terms do you offer?
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and other terms for established partners.
Q: Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?
A: Yes. For OEM orders, we can produce samples based on your drawings or specifications for evaluation before production begins. For ODM projects, prototype production and validation is a standard step in our development process. Sample lead times and costs are confirmed at the quotation stage.
