Hansheng manufactures custom gears from module M0.2 to M5.0, with tip diameters ranging from 3mm to 300mm. Powered by the Kashifuji KPS30 gear skiving machine and Ningjiang CNC hobbing equipment, we achieve ISO/DIN/GB Level 5 accuracy across spur, helical, bevel, worm, and hypoid profiles — suitable for high-speed, low-noise transmission applications.
Our CNC machining center provides four precision tiers to match your application: standard turning & milling at ±0.01mm, precision at ±0.005mm, precision grinding at ±0.003mm, and ultra-mirror surface finishing at ±0.002mm. We operate Taesin CNC milling machines, Brother CNC lathes, Seibu WEDM, and machining centers with maximum processing size up to 2100×1060mm.
We offer Sand Casting, Lost Foam Casting, and Gravity Casting, handling massive parts up to 3800×1500×1200mm. Free tolerance is ±1mm; for critical dimensions, specified tolerance reaches ±0.03mm — covering both structural frames and precision-fit cast components.
Standard lead time is 1-2 weeks. All products are rigorously inspected on dedicated Gear Inspection Machines and advanced CMM equipment under our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system to ensure 100% compliance before shipment.

Precision CNC Turning Lathes
Utilizing advanced CNC turning machines, we deliver high-speed and accurate machining for cylindrical components, shafts, and robotic joint parts. We consistently maintain strict tolerances of ±0.01mm to meet stringent industry standards.
5-Axis & Large CNC Machining Centers
Equipped with advanced Taesin milling machines, we process complex geometries with a maximum size of up to 2100×1060mm. We achieve ultra-mirror-surface finishes with tolerances strictly controlled within ±0.002mm.
Ningjiang CNC Gear Hobbing Equipment
Powered by Ningjiang CNC machines, we manufacture custom spur, helical, bevel, and worm gears. Capable of handling modules from M0.1 to M5.0 with tip diameters ranging from 3mm to 300mm.
Seibu Wire EDM (WEDM)
Employing Japanese Seibu Wire Electrical Discharge Machining for ultra-precise contouring. Perfect for hard metals and intricate profiles requiring extreme micro-level dimensional accuracy.
CMM & Gear Inspection Center
Quality is guaranteed under our ISO 9001:2015 system. Every critical component is rigorously tested using advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and dedicated Gear Inspection equipment before shipment.
