A: Each batch of products will undergo dimensional inspection using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and specialized fixtures. We will share inspection reports and dimensional records for customer confirmation before shipment.

A: If any part is found to be non-conforming upon receipt, we will remake it at no additional cost. Please provide photos and a description of the issue so we can investigate and arrange a replacement promptly.
Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: Precision transmission components such as cam indexers carry a 20-month warranty. For other machined spare parts, please contact us for warranty terms specific to your product.
Q: How are parts packaged for shipment?
A: All parts are shipped in custom-made wooden crates. Every component is coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped in foam padding to prevent damage during transit. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight depending on order size and urgency.
Q: Can you handle urgent or emergency orders?
A: Okay. If your production line is shut down and you urgently need parts, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will prioritize processing. Urgent orders can usually be completed within 3-4 weeks.
