On June 20th, the launch conference of the "White Paper on Going Global" with the theme of "Weiling Chuangbian Win Win" was successfully held in Shenzhen. Authoritative technical experts, overseas experts, manufacturing enterprise customers, and others gathered together to explore the pain points and feasible paths faced by enterprises in the process of equipment going global.

Opening speech

In the opening speech of the press conference, Zhang Jianping, Chief Sales Officer of Weitu China, pointed out that China's manufacturing industry is entering a critical stage from "equipment export" to "industry going global". In the face of challenges such as global supply chain restructuring and standardization differentiation, enterprises need to build a standardized and replicable overseas capability system. This time, Weitu, together with Yipan Software and the international authoritative certification body T Ü V S Ü D, jointly released the "Weitu&Yipan Assistance Equipment Going Global White Paper", aiming to provide a set of standard system construction methodology covering the entire chain of electrical control cabinets from design to operation and maintenance, and help Chinese manufacturing enterprises achieve a strategic leap from "going global" to "doing well".

Subsequently, Wu Aiguo, Vice President of Yipan Software Greater China, and Zhang Chao, Manager of Weitu China South, respectively spoke on behalf of the company, introducing the global strategic layout and technological advantages of both companies. Song Lei, the head of the Industrial Products Department South of T Ü V S Ü D Greater China, also provided a detailed introduction to the key role and standard support of T Ü V S Ü D in the export of industrial equipment. Dr. Yan Shuliang, a professor of global studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a specially invited expert at the press conference, pointed out from the perspective of international relations: "Against the backdrop of the rapidly increasing necessity of going global, manufacturing enterprises need to closely monitor changes in the international situation, actively participate in and adjust their standard reserves, and proactively adapt to regional and industry rules in order to stand invincible." This viewpoint echoes the strategic concept of "compliance first" proposed in the white paper.

Under the joint witness of all attending guests, the White Paper on Going Global was officially released on site. The joint unveiling and release ceremony of representatives from companies such as Weitu, Yipan, T Ü V S Ü D, and China Industrial Control Network also marks the official release of this white paper that embodies industry wisdom and practical experience. For the first time, the white paper systematically outlines the "difficulties in designing and operating electrical control cabinets for overseas standardization" and the requirements for standardizing the entire electrical system chain for overseas use, providing valuable guidance for industry customers on compliance and system construction for overseas use.

After the release of the white paper, Mr. Bloomberg, Director of the Industrial Division of Weitu China, provided an in-depth interpretation. He emphasized that the white paper serves as an advanced guide for the standardization of electrical control cabinets from design to operation, analyzing the full lifecycle solutions covering engineering design, procurement preparation, production and manufacturing, and operation management. In response to the "bottleneck" problems encountered in the delivery, acceptance, and certification processes of a large number of electrical equipment projects going abroad in recent years, Mr. Bloomberg pointed out that this is essentially due to systematic shortcomings in the understanding of design standards, lack of consistency in manufacturing processes, and slow response of after-sales systems by enterprises. The core value of the white paper is to confront core pain points such as standard mismatches, project rework, and service interruptions, and to assist overseas enterprises in building delivery capabilities that run through the entire chain from design to operation and maintenance, providing solid support for their overseas expansion.

As the climax of the ideological confrontation throughout the press conference, the roundtable forum hosted by Chen Ran, Vice President of China Industrial Control Network, engaged in a deep and comprehensive dialogue on the core topic of "From 'able to exit' to 'able to exit' - practical solutions for equipment standardization and global services". Heavyweight guests such as Zhang Jianping (Chief Sales Officer of Weitu China), Dr. Yan Shuliang (Professor of Global Studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong), Song Lei (Head of Industrial Products Division South of T Ü V S Ü D Greater China), Wu Aiguo (Vice President of Yipan Software Greater China), Bloomberg (Director of Industrial Affairs Division of Weitu China), and Shen Hong (Director of Service Division of Weitu China) were invited to participate and jointly discussed three practical topics, contributing profound insights:

Standardized transition path

Dr. Yan Shuliang systematically analyzed the industry and standard differences faced by Chinese manufacturing enterprises in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and other regions from the perspective of international political economy. He emphasized that enterprises need to actively participate in the formulation of international rules, enhance their bargaining power and discourse power.

Starting from practical experience, Song Lei analyzed the triple mismatch problem of product standards, application standards, and management standards, and pointed out that enterprises need to use standards as project language, embed compliance awareness in the early stages of design, and avoid the passive dilemma of "supplementary certification before delivery".

Zhang Jianping pointed out that China has demonstrated strong international competitiveness in multiple advantageous industries such as new energy, lithium batteries, and semiconductors. Nearly 50 Chinese standards have been adopted by ASEAN, fully reflecting that the "Chinese solution" is accelerating its integration into the global regulatory system. He emphasized that the equipment going global is not a single breakthrough for enterprises, but a delivery challenge that includes the overall solution of the industrial chain. Weitu always adheres to the principle of "co creating with customers", deeply dismantling the core logic behind international standards, continuously optimizing products and services around cabinet system solutions, and continuously promoting local standards to go international, laying a solid foundation for China's manufacturing to achieve systematic overseas expansion and standardization transition.

Empowering Global Technology and Services

Wu Aiguo emphasized that enterprises can quickly achieve closed-loop reuse of data from design to operation and maintenance through the Yipan platform, with standardized design and no need for large-scale system reconstruction, providing an efficient path for small and medium-sized enterprises to go global.

Bloomberg elaborated on the practical case of "plug and play" cabinets, demonstrating the accumulation of Vitu in product standardization and system compatibility, highlighting its high-efficiency and high reliability manufacturing and delivery capabilities.

Shen Hong further emphasized the importance of "service globalization" in the process of enterprise going global with real examples. He stated that Weitu deeply understands the pain points of customers going global, from rapid response to proactive diagnosis, from energy efficiency improvement to preventive services, providing replicable and evolving intelligent services to help customers go global safely and steadily.

Zhang Jianping further summarized, "Weitu's stable and leading market share in the cabinet market is a recognition of the Weitu brand by the market. This is inseparable from the system that Weitu has worked hard to build over the past few decades. Weitu is currently using this system capability to help enterprises transform project experience into organizational capabilities in global competition, which is also the core methodology that the white paper hopes to convey
