Hansheng supplies custom hypoid gear sets manufactured to the Gleason system standard. Hypoid gears feature offset parallel axes, enabling higher torque capacity, quieter operation, and more compact drive layouts compared to standard spiral bevel gears.

 

Our hypoid gears are produced by Gleason-type face milling or face hobbing machines, followed by lapping or hard finishing to achieve the required tooth contact pattern. Each set undergoes tooth contact pattern inspection and gear measurement verification before shipment.

 

For gear blank preparation - including turning, milling, internal spline machining, and bore finishing - all operations are performed in-house using our precision CNC equipment, including the Kashifuji KPS30 for spline and cylindrical features, Brother CNC lathes, and Taesin CNC milling centers.
