During the visit, both sides exchanged company introductions, toured our product showroom, and conducted an in-depth walkthrough of our gear manufacturing facility. The client expressed strong interest in our machined parts, gear components, and casting blank solutions, and both parties are actively exploring opportunities for long-term cooperation.

The client was received by our General Manager and sales representative Ava in our conference room, where both sides introduced their respective companies.
The client operates in the industrial components sector, with procurement needs centered on precision machined parts, gear components, and casting parts - areas that align directly with Hansheng Automation's core capabilities.
Our General Manager provided an overview of Hansheng Automation's manufacturing capabilities, covering gear manufacturing, CNC precision machining, casting, and precision transmission products, all produced under ISO, DIN, and GB standards.
Exploring Our Product Showroom
Following the meeting, our General Manager guided the client through our product showroom, introducing samples across three key product categories.
Precision Machined Parts
Our CNC machining capabilities cover tolerances from ±0.01 mm in standard turning and milling, down to ±0.002 mm for ultra-mirror-finish applications, with horizontal machining centers accommodating workpieces up to 2,100 × 1,060 mm.
Gear Components
Our gear manufacturing achieves ISO/DIN/GB Grade 5 precision, covering a module range of 0.1 to 5.0 and tip diameters from 3 mm to 300 mm. Available types include spur gears, helical gears, bevel gears, gear racks, and gear shafts.
Casting Parts
We support three casting processes in our Foundry: Sand Casting, Lost Foam Casting, and Gravity Casting, with maximum casting dimensions of 3,800 × 1,500 × 1,200 mm and tolerances as tight as ±0.03 mm under specified conditions.
The client confirmed that these capabilities met their sourcing requirements.
Factory Visit: Inside Our Gear Manufacturing Operations
The client was then taken on a tour of our gear manufacturing facility, where our General Manager walked through the complete production workflow and quality inspection process. Key processes on display included:
- Gear Skiving - Kashifuji KPS30, ISO Grade 5–7.
- Gear Hobbing - Ningjiang YK3610Ⅳ CNC Horizontal Gear Hobbing Machine, ISO Grade 6–7.
- Gear Shaping - Nidec SE25FR and YS5120CNC four-axis CNC Gear Shaping Machine
- Gear Broaching - Nachi broaching machine, ISO Grade 8–11.
- Gear Grinding - Achieving ISO Grade 5 precision.
The client also reviewed our quality inspection procedures, covering gear geometry, tooth profile accuracy, and surface finish.
