1. Main Structure

Assembly execution unit: A rotary table drives fixtures to stop at each assembly station in sequence, completing processes such as core insertion and lead installation. Protective doors should remain closed during operation to prevent hands from entering rotating parts.

High-pressure pneumatic or hydraulic systems must be equipped with safety valves to prevent accidents caused by excessive pressure.

Fixtures and transmission mechanisms should be inspected regularly to ensure stable operation.
