Tantalum capacitor production mainly involves the following five categories of core equipment:

1. Tantalum Powder Forming Equipment
Tantalum powder forming presses are key equipment used to press tantalum powder into anode pellets with specific shapes and dimensions. Precision dies control the initial form and density of the product. Hansheng Automation can machine custom forming dies and punch components according to customer drawings to support consistent pellet dimensions.

2. High-Temperature Processing Equipment
Sintering furnaces are used to heat the formed tantalum pellets at high temperatures, typically 1500–2000°C in a vacuum environment, to create metallurgical bonding between powder particles and achieve the required mechanical strength and microstructure.

3. Electrical Property Formation and Testing Equipment
Formation and testing systems generate a dielectric layer (tantalum pentoxide film) on the surface of sintered pellets through electrochemical methods, while simultaneously measuring electrical parameters such as leakage current and loss angle to screen qualified products. Test fixtures and contact probes used in these systems can be custom machined for stable electrical contact.

4. Packaging and Assembly Equipment
Automatic packaging machines assemble the tantalum core with cathode materials, using epoxy resin or molding processes to seal the structure and connect external electrodes, ensuring product reliability and stability. Non-standard mold cavities and encapsulation tooling can be produced according to package dimensions.

5. Marking Equipment
Laser marking machines create permanent markings on the package surface, including capacitance, voltage, polarity, and other parameters, to meet traceability and application identification requirements.

The above equipment forms a complete tantalum capacitor production process. Actual production lines are also equipped with auxiliary systems for material handling, environmental control, and inspection.
