Laser cutting machine
When cutting flexible materials, a laser cutter gives a clean, smooth cut surface, better than a rotary knife. But it needs more maintenance and water cooling. Because laser cutting uses high temperature, fabric may show yellow or black marks after cutting. Another drawback is strong odor. Many local environmental agencies inspect frequently. It cannot penetrate too-thick materials. Cutting speed is 0 to 600 mm/s.
We can machine custom nozzles, protective lens holders, fixtures, and other precision parts for laser cutting machines from customer drawings, for single-piece or low-volume production.

Oscillating knife cutting machine
The oscillating knife moves up and down tens of thousands of times per minute. It works like a saw blade but has no teeth and produces no powder. The knife head can be changed freely. Choose a round knife, half knife, drag knife, bevel knife, milling cutter, and others based on material. The finished product is clean, with smooth edges and accurate cut dimensions. It produces no odor and is more environmentally friendly. It handles both soft and hard materials. Pads, leather, modified systems, and similar materials are all good uses. Its cutting speed is 200 to 1500 mm/s, twice or more than laser, and it is the first choice for many companies.

Our custom precision component machining capability is not limited to cutting equipment. Beyond knife heads, fixtures, and nozzles for cutting equipment, we also machine yacht precision components, RC car structural parts, medical device parts, and non-standard parts for tobacco packaging machinery, filling machinery, and food machinery. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and production quantities to deliver single-piece or low-volume precision machining.
