Currently, dual-arm robots with outstanding performance in industrial, commercial, and research scenarios mainly include the Elite dual-arm robot, Techsoft DR series dual-arm collaborative robot, and Unitree dual-arm humanoid robot. These three products suit different usage requirements.

1. Elite Dual-Arm Robot

This product is equipped with China's first CSF force control series core, which helps ensure operation success in precision assembly, polishing, and similar tasks. The CSA advanced series adopts a foldable structure, allowing a larger working range in compact spaces. Its open and compatible SDK supports rapid secondary development and easy integration with existing production lines and vision systems. Some series achieve IP68 protection for the arm and control cabinet and comply with explosion-proof standards, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments. It is a good fit for 3C electronics, automotive parts, and other enterprises that need high-precision, flexible mixed production lines.

2. Techsoft DR Series Dual-Arm Collaborative Robot

Launched by Shenzhen Techsoft Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd., this robot uses a single controller to operate two arms, making deployment convenient and efficient. It has 14 degrees of freedom to support coordinated dual-arm operation, with excellent repeatability and path accuracy. The product features an ultra-lightweight, compact modular design and built-in motion control collision detection to ensure personnel safety. Customized products and solutions are also available, making it suitable for 3C electronics, biomedical, semiconductor, scientific research, education, and other scenarios.

3. Unitree Dual-Arm Humanoid Robot

This product starts at RMB 26,900 and uses a modular design. It can be paired with a fixed base or mobile chassis to meet different operational needs. The upper-body dual-arm system offers two degree-of-freedom configurations: 5×2 and 7×2. Combined with flexible waist, head, and end-effector movements, it can accurately perform complex actions. In terms of hardware, it is equipped with an 8-core processor and a head module with 10 TOPS computing power. A binocular vision module and voice interaction system enable multimodal human-machine interaction. The end effector supports quick replacement, and the underlying code and full-stack interfaces are open for secondary development, making it suitable for light industrial production, laboratory operations, and the service industry.

For custom end effectors, adapter flanges, or other non-standard mechanical parts used in these dual-arm systems, Hansheng Automation provides machining services based on customer drawings, supporting both prototype development and small-batch production.
