Purchasing parts for a maltose syrup processing line depends on the process and the product type. The list splits into two groups: standard maltose syrup processing and sorghum maltose soft candy processing.

Standard maltose syrup processing

Hydrolysis and saccharification tank: Used for hydrolysis and saccharification of starch raw materials. This is a key equipment link in standard maltose syrup production.

Concentration and filtration equipment: Used to concentrate and filter the saccharified liquid. It removes impurities and raises maltose purity.

Sorghum maltose soft candy processing

Jacketed sugar melting kettle: Used to cook sugar, glucose syrup, and other ingredients.

Blending and storage kettle: Used to add gelatin solution to the cooked syrup and mix in flavor, color, and citric acid. It also stores the sugar paste.

Depositor: Deposits sugar paste into molds. By changing molds or depositing heads, it can produce soft candies in different shapes. Hansheng Automation can machine custom depositing nozzles, molds, and food-contact components from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.

Cooling cabinet: Cools and sets the deposited soft candy.

Conveyor: Moves soft candy between process steps.

Sanding machine (optional): Optional based on production needs. It sands the soft candy to improve appearance and mouthfeel.

Polishing machine (optional): Optional based on production needs. It makes the candy surface smoother and improves product appearance.

Beyond maltose processing equipment, our precision component customization is not limited to this topic. We machine tobacco packaging machinery parts, filling machinery parts, yacht precision components, RC car precision components, printing machinery parts, medical device components, and food machinery parts. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
