An ice cream continuous freezer is generally built with a stainless steel structure. Its main parts include a compressor, motor, freezing cylinder, dasher blades, refrigeration and condensing system, temperature control system, and main program system.

The freezing and stirring assembly mainly consists of the freezing cylinder and the dasher blades. Copper tubing, an expansion valve, a refrigeration compressor, and a condensing unit connect to this assembly to form an R404A refrigeration loop.

A drive shaft at the rear of the freezing cylinder drives the stirring device. A door and discharge control parts sit at the front of the cylinder.

The electrical control system includes an in-machine computer control board, a freezing cylinder temperature sensor, a compressor switch, and a motor speed variator.

Hansheng Automation can machine custom dasher blades, drive shafts, discharge parts, and food-contact components for ice cream freezers from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.

Beyond ice cream freezer parts, our precision component customization is not limited to this topic. We machine yacht precision components, RC car precision components, tobacco packaging machinery parts, filling machinery parts, printing machinery parts, food machinery parts, and medical device components. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
