Producing spinning cotton involves two main machine families: cotton spinning machines for natural fiber and chemical fiber spinning machines for man-made fiber. The right choice depends on the raw material and the process.

Cotton spinning machine

This machine is mainly used for natural fibers such as cotton. A typical unit has three sections: adjustment, winding, and rotating.

Adjustment section: Adjusts the sliver feed angle and height. It keeps fiber tension even and reduces tangling and breakage.

Winding section: Draw rollers wind yarn automatically. The unit adapts to different bobbin sizes.

Rotating section: An automatic unloading device reduces manual handling.

Hansheng Automation can machine adjustment parts, winding rollers, and unloading components from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.

Chemical fiber spinning machine

This machine is used for viscose, acrylic, and other chemical fibers. It divides into wet, melt, and dry spinning.

Wet spinning machine

Short fiber type: 3,000 to 50,000 hole spinneret. It suits viscose and acrylic mass production.

Filament type: Includes a centrifugal pot, bobbin, or continuous winding mechanism. It is used for tire cord and other special fibers.

Melt spinning machine

Melts polyester, nylon, and other polymers at high temperature. It suits polyester, polypropylene, and other synthetic fibers.

Dry spinning machine

Solidifies fiber by solvent evaporation. It is mostly used for spandex.

The two machine families often complement each other. Cotton spinning machines handle natural cotton fiber. Chemical fiber spinning machines focus on synthetic fiber production. Equipment selection depends on raw material properties, finished product specifications, and production scale.

Beyond spinning equipment, our precision component customization serves more than one industry. Hansheng Automation also machines printing machinery parts, food machinery parts, yacht precision components, RC car precision components, medical device components, tobacco packaging machinery parts, and filling machinery parts. We work from customer drawings and deliver one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
