A chemical fiber plant runs several equipment groups: spinning, post-processing, raw material handling, and auxiliary machines.

Spinning equipment

The spinning machine is the main unit. Melt spinning machines serve polyester and nylon production. Solution spinning machines serve acrylic and viscose fiber production. Both turn polymer into as-spun fiber.

Hansheng Automation can machine custom spinneret plates, metering pump parts, and guide components from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.

Post-processing equipment

Drawing machine: Draws as-spun fiber to improve orientation and strength.

Texturing machine: Mainly used for false-twist texturing of polyester and nylon to make elastic yarn.

Dryer: Removes moisture from fiber and helps maintain product quality.

Raw material handling equipment

Chip cutter: Cuts polymer into uniform pellets for melt spinning.

Filter: Removes impurities from melt or solution to keep spinning dope clean.

Other auxiliary equipment

Winding machines, cutters, and balers handle fiber forming and packaging.

Beyond chemical fiber equipment, our precision component customization covers more than one industry. We machine filling machinery parts, medical device components, printing machinery parts, yacht precision components, RC car precision components, tobacco packaging machinery parts, and food machinery parts. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
