Industrial spinning equipment is built around five core stages: melting, metering, spinning, winding, and drawing. Each stage uses different machines that work together to produce fiber.

Melting equipment: screw extruder

As the heart of chemical fiber production, the screw extruder heats and melts polymer chips and extrudes them evenly. Its plasticizing capacity and extrusion stability directly determine spinning continuity. It maintains stable output under high temperature and high pressure.

Metering control: spinning pump

The spinning pump (metering pump) controls melt flow with micron-level precision to ensure uniform fiber diameter. These pumps must withstand 200-300°C melt. Gear clearance is usually no more than 5 microns, making them high-precision components. Hansheng Automation can machine custom pump gears and metering components from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.

Forming component: spinneret

The spinneret with special micro-holes directly affects fiber shape. Round holes and irregular hole designs can produce differentiated fibers. Hole diameters from 0.05 to 0.3 mm must withstand extrusion pressures of 15-50 MPa. Platinum-rhodium alloy material can provide over ten thousand hours of service life.

Winding system: winder

High-speed winders take up fiber at 3000 to 6000 meters per minute. A tension control system prevents filament breakage. A dual-rotor structure enables automatic package switching. Package weight error must be kept within ±50 grams.

Strengthening equipment: drawing machine

A multi-roller drawing machine changes fiber structure through a draw ratio of 3 to 6 times. Hot drawing temperature usually ranges from 80 to 180°C. A precise temperature control system and variable-speed rollers significantly improve fiber breaking strength and modulus.

Beyond spinning equipment, our precision component customization covers more than one industry. We machine yacht precision components, RC car precision components, medical device components, filling machinery parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, printing machinery parts, and food machinery parts. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
