What kind of machine is a vibratory grinding machine?
A vibratory grinding machine is a grinding device used for surface polishing, chamfering, deburring, grinding, and gloss polishing of small and medium-sized workpieces. It can process a large number of workpieces at one time while maintaining the original shape and dimensional accuracy of the workpieces.

What is the working principle of a vibratory grinding machine?
The vibratory grinding machine is driven by a motor. Through a flexible coupling, it drives the eccentric blocks in the vibration exciter to rotate, generating periodic exciting force. The mill barrel vibrates at high frequency on support springs and follows an elliptical path close to a circle. The barrel vibration causes the media inside the barrel to move in three ways:

Projectile motion: strong projectile motion helps quickly break large pieces of material.

Same-direction rotation: grinds the material.

Revolution motion: slow revolution helps distribute the material evenly.

Under these motions, the grinding media impact and rotate strongly. The material entering the barrel is ground by the impact and grinding of the media. It gradually moves toward the discharge port as the material level balances, and finally discharges as a ground product.

We can machine custom grinding barrels, eccentric blocks, support spring seats, and other precision parts for vibratory grinding machines from customer drawings, for single-piece or low-volume production.

Our custom precision component machining capability is not limited to vibratory grinding equipment. Beyond grinding barrels, eccentric blocks, and support seats, we also machine yacht precision components, RC car structural parts, medical device parts, and non-standard parts for tobacco packaging machinery, filling machinery, and food machinery. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and production quantities to deliver single-piece or low-volume precision machining.
