An electronics factory coating machine is a production tool that applies functional slurry evenly to a chosen substrate. It is a key process tool in the manufacture of lithium battery electrode sheets, PCBs, electronic shielding films, and other core electronic components.

I. Core function and applications

The machine mainly processes lithium battery copper and aluminum foil, PCB insulating substrates, and electromagnetic shielding polyester film. Coating materials include lithium battery positive and negative electrode active slurry, PCB solder mask or ink, and insulating or conductive coatings for electronic films. The process keeps coating thickness error within ±2 μm, which supports consistent electrical performance in downstream products. For these parts and processes, we can custom-machine non-standard components such as coating rollers, doctor blades, and slot dies from customer drawings in single pieces or small batches.

II. Main equipment types

Slot die coating machines are common in lithium battery mass production. They provide high precision and low slurry waste.

Roll coating machines are common in PCB solder mask processing. They provide high throughput and suit volume production.

Doctor blade coating machines are common in small-batch special electronic film materials. They adjust flexibly.

III. Production controls

Lithium battery slurry contains flammable and explosive organic solvents. The production line needs explosion-proof ventilation and reliable equipment grounding. Coating rollers need calibration after every 1,000 m² of continuous substrate run. Worn rollers that exceed tolerance need replacement. Operators must keep open flames away during operation, and they need an electrical safety work certificate.

Our precision custom machining capability goes beyond the electronic coating machine parts above. It also covers parts for tobacco packaging machinery, filling machinery, yacht components, RC car components, printing machinery, food machinery, and medical equipment. Hansheng Automation supports single-piece and small-batch custom work from customer drawings, with a focus on precision parts machining and delivery. We work from customer design drawings to make maintenance and replacement parts for different industries more flexible.
