A grinding machine is used for finishing the machined surface. It uses abrasive particles coated or embedded on a lap. The lap and workpiece move relative to each other under a certain pressure to complete the process.

A grinding machine can process various metal and non-metal materials. Surface shapes include flat surfaces, internal cylindrical surfaces, external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, convex spherical surfaces, concave spherical surfaces, threads, tooth surfaces, and other complex profiles.

Machining accuracy can reach IT5 to 01. Surface roughness can reach Ra 0.63 to 0.01 μm. As a result, grinding machines are widely used in precision machining.

We can machine custom grinding discs, fixtures, shaft parts, and other precision components for grinding machines from customer drawings, for single-piece or low-volume production.

Our custom precision component machining capability is not limited to grinding equipment. Beyond grinding discs, fixtures, and shaft parts, we also machine yacht precision components, RC car structural parts, medical device parts, and non-standard parts for tobacco packaging machinery, filling machinery, and printing machinery. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and production quantities to deliver single-piece or low-volume precision machining.
