Grinding machines and pulverizing machines differ mainly in use, working principle and type, and performance characteristics.

Different uses
Grinding machines are used for ultra-precision machining, especially high-precision grinding of material surfaces. Double-sided grinding machines are a typical example. They offer high machining accuracy and can handle many materials. Traditional grinding has drawbacks such as low efficiency, high cost, and unstable accuracy and quality.
Pulverizing machines are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, mining, and other fields. They are mainly used for grinding mineral materials.

Working principle and types
Grinding machines use rotating grinding discs or grinding wheels to precision machine the workpiece surface and achieve the required surface roughness and accuracy.
Pulverizing machines are classified by the fineness of the material being ground and the finished output. Types include Raymond mills, high-pressure suspension roller mills, high-pressure micro powder mills, straight-through centrifugal mills, overpressure trapezium mills, and three-ring medium-speed mills. Different types suit materials of different particle size and hardness.
We can machine custom grinding discs, grinding rollers, shaft parts, and other precision components for grinding and pulverizing machines from customer drawings, for single-piece or low-volume production.

Performance characteristics
Grinding machines emphasize high precision and a wide material range, but may face low efficiency and high cost.
Pulverizing machines focus on grinding efficiency and fineness control. They suit large-scale industrial production.

Which machine to choose depends on the specific machining needs and material properties.

Our custom precision component machining capability is not limited to grinding and pulverizing equipment. Beyond grinding discs, grinding rollers, and shaft parts, we also machine yacht precision components, RC car structural parts, medical device parts, and non-standard parts for tobacco packaging machinery, filling machinery, and printing machinery. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and production quantities to deliver single-piece or low-volume precision machining.
