Chemical fiber production covers the full process from chip melting to spinning, post-processing, and intelligent production. Equipment selection depends on the raw material and the finished product.

Main production line equipment

(1) Polyester and polyester staple fiber production line

Representative equipment comes from Zimmer, Neumag, and Toyobo. These lines use DCS or PCS distributed control for automated production. In the front spinning section, a screw extruder melts polyester chips or bottle flakes. The melt goes through a spinning box heated by biphenyl vapor. A side-blow cooling device cools the tow. The post-spinning section includes drawing, crimping, heat setting, cutting, and baling equipment, such as a seven-roller drawing machine and a tension heat setting machine.

(2) Composite spinning production line

This line produces bicomponent fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, and nylon. The front spinning equipment handles two different chips. The screw extruder has closed-loop pressure control and corrosion and wear resistance. The post-spinning section includes an eight-roller godet, an oil bath with defoaming and automatic oil temperature control, and a steam heating box. These ensure tension control and even heating.

(3) Nylon production line

For example, a Barmag spinning line can produce nylon 6 and 66 POY, DTY, and FDY. It is often paired with an Italian RPR3SDY/2E texturing machine for filament processing, which gives the fiber different elasticity and specifications.

For precision components used in these lines, such as spinnerets and metering pump parts, Hansheng Automation can machine custom parts from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.

Key single machine parameters

Screw extruder: Closed-loop pressure control. Maximum output can reach 25,000 t/a, as in high-strength low-shrinkage polyester lines. Low noise and long service life.

Spinning box: Biphenyl vapor circulation heating. Precise temperature control. Interlock and audible and visual alarm functions.

Drawing machine: Seven-roller or eight-roller structure. High drawing capacity, for example a seven-roller machine with a draw ratio above 1:3. Stable operation.

Heat setting machine: Uses a steam cascade flash system for energy saving. Setting roller temperature difference is kept within ±1°C.

Intelligent production system

This system consists of nearly 30 types of single machines, including doffers, tube sorting machines, and filament separating machines. It integrates an MES system, AGV automatic handling, and a stereoscopic warehouse. This achieves full-process intelligent management from yarn taking, inspection, and packaging to storage.

Beyond chemical fiber equipment, our precision component customization covers more than one industry. We machine printing machinery parts, filling machinery parts, food machinery parts, medical device components, yacht precision components, RC car precision components, and tobacco packaging machinery parts. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
