A waste paper recycling paper mill needs supporting equipment across the full process: pulping, cleaning, thickening, papermaking, and post-treatment. The right configuration depends on output, waste paper grade, and finished paper requirements.
Pulping equipment
The pulper is the core unit. It breaks down recovered waste paper and repulps it so fibers disperse fully in water and form a uniform stock. This is the base step in stock preparation.
Stock cleaning equipment
This group has two key devices. A pressure screen filters out light impurities such as plastic, metal, and undispersed fiber bundles. A conical cleaner uses centrifugal force to separate heavy impurities such as sand and stones. Both raise stock purity and protect downstream equipment.
For these cleaning stages, Hansheng Automation can machine custom pressure screen baskets, conical cleaner parts, and wear components from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.
Stock thickening equipment
A thickener is common here. It removes excess water from stock, raises consistency, and reduces water use in later papermaking steps. This also helps optimize energy consumption.
Papermaking core equipment
The paper machine is the center of the line. It carries out sheet forming, press dewatering, and drying in sequence. It turns stock into a continuous web of paper.
Post-treatment equipment
This includes dryer cylinder groups, which bring sheet moisture into the standard range. It also includes a paper cutter, which cuts large finished sheets into fixed specifications that meet market demand.
A practical waste paper recycling line also needs conveyor systems, pumps, white water recovery, and dust and exhaust handling. These support stable operation and environmental compliance.
Beyond waste paper recycling equipment, our precision component customization covers more than one industry. We machine yacht precision components, RC car precision components, tobacco packaging machinery parts, filling machinery parts, printing machinery parts, food machinery parts, and medical device components. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
