Each machine handles a different stage, from conductor forming to insulation, jacketing, and quality checks. Hansheng Automation provides build-to-print custom machining for these machines. We make precision parts such as extruder screws, barrels, strander drive parts, guide wheels, and mounting bases from customer drawings.
Extruder
An extruder processes insulation materials such as plastic and rubber. It heats the material until it melts, then pushes it through a die to form the shape needed for the cable. Stable output helps keep insulation dimensions and surface quality consistent.
Continuous vulcanization line
A continuous vulcanization line handles the continuous vulcanization step in cable production. To keep cable performance stable, the formed cable often needs high-temperature vulcanization. The line provides a stable high-temperature environment for this process. It affects the cable's physical and electrical performance.
Bunching machine, strander, and cable sheathing machine
A bunching machine gathers loose wires into a basic cable structure. A strander twists multiple wires tightly together to increase load capacity and stability. A cable sheathing machine covers the cable with an outer sheath. It protects the inner wires and insulation and improves durability. These machines work together to keep cable production running.
Testing equipment
A cable factory also needs testing equipment to check electrical performance, mechanical performance, and other indicators. This equipment helps ensure that outgoing cables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
