A paper machine turns dilute stock into finished paper rolls. Each section has a clear job in the process.
Paper forming section
This section spreads dilute stock evenly, forms the sheet, and removes water. The sheet then goes through drying, calendering, reeling, cutting, sorting, and packing.
Stock preparation section
This section dilutes prepared stock to a lower consistency. Screening equipment removes debris and unseparated fiber bundles. This keeps paper quality stable and protects downstream equipment.
Wire section
Stock flows from the headbox onto a circulating bronze or plastic wire. Fibers distribute and interlace evenly on the wire.
Press section
The wet sheet leaves the wire and passes between two rolls covered with felt. Roll pressure and felt absorption remove more water. The sheet becomes denser, the surface improves, and strength increases.
Hansheng Automation can machine custom forming boards, press rolls, suction box parts, and reel components for paper machines from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.
Dryer section
The wet sheet passes over many steam-heated cylinders. Heat from the cylinder surfaces dries the paper.
Reel section
A reel winds the paper web into paper rolls.
Beyond paper machine parts, our precision component customization is not limited to this topic. We also machine yacht precision components, RC car precision components, medical device components, filling machinery parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, printing machinery parts, and food machinery parts. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish.
