Cleaning
At the end of each workday, wipe the machine body with a clean soft cloth. Remove dust and paper scraps from the surface. Clean the paper feed path, folding section, and other areas where scraps build up. This prevents blockages that affect running.
Lubrication
Follow the equipment manual for lubricant type and service interval. Add oil to chains, gears, and other drive parts. Proper lubrication keeps motion smooth and reduces wear.
Part inspection
Check cutter blade sharpness daily. If a blade is blunt, sharpen or replace it to keep cuts clean. Check belt tension. Adjust it if too loose or too tight. Check screws at each position regularly and tighten any that have loosened.
