Operating a salad paper cup making machine follows a standard sequence in three stages: pre-start preparation, startup and running, and shutdown. Follow the equipment manual and food-contact material production safety rules.

I. Pre-start preparation

(1) Equipment checks

Check fasteners on the machine body. Focus on the mold, feed roller, and cutting knife seat. Make sure their fixing bolts are not loose.

Check the lubrication system oil level. Add industrial lubricant that meets food-contact safety requirements.

Load the food-grade PE-coated paper roll. Align it with the feed guide. Make sure the paper has no wrinkles and no jam risk.

Connect power and compressed air for pneumatic models. Test the emergency stop button for reliable triggering. Reset it and run the machine empty for 3 to 5 minutes. Watch the transmission for abnormal noise.

If molds, feed rollers, or cutting seats need replacement, we machine custom parts from customer drawings in single pieces or small batches.

(2) Parameter presets

Adjust the mold cavity size and feed length according to the salad paper cup specification.

Set the heat sealing temperature. The normal range is 160 to 190°C, with fine adjustment based on PE-coated paper thickness. Set forming speed and cutting count threshold.

II. Startup and running

Start the main motor. Manually feed the first paper sheet for a trial run. Fine-tune the feed position so the cup body cut aligns with the mold.

Take out the trial cup. Check cup body bond strength, cup bottom heat seal integrity, and dimensional accuracy. If it fails, readjust heat sealing temperature or feed parameters.

After the trial run passes, switch to automatic cycling. Monitor machine status in real time. If material jams or abnormal noise occurs, press emergency stop immediately and troubleshoot. Non-professional personnel must not disassemble or repair the machine.

Take one finished cup sample every 30 minutes. Check appearance and specification against salad paper cup requirements.

III. Shutdown and wrap-up

Stop raw material feeding. Let remaining paper finish processing, then stop the main motor.

Close the air supply and main power. Use a lint-free soft cloth to clean paper scraps and cutting debris from the machine body. Wipe the mold and heat sealing parts.

Add a small amount of lubricating oil to lubrication points. Cover the mold to prevent rust.

Fill in the production run record. Note equipment abnormalities and adjusted parameters.

Safety boundaries: During operation, never put hands into the mold or cutting area. Electrical maintenance requires power lockout and tagging. Operators must pass specific training before working on the machine.

Beyond salad paper cup making equipment, Hansheng Automation also produces non-standard parts for food packaging equipment, filling lines, tobacco packaging machinery, printing machinery, medical devices, yacht hardware, and RC car components. We work from customer drawings for single pieces or small batches. The focus is precision parts machining and delivery, which helps maintenance and replacement across different industries.
