A texturing machine is built around five modules: feeding, deformation, cooling, oil application, and winding. The design matches processes for polyester, polypropylene, and other elastic yarns.

Feeding section

The yarn creel is arranged in multiple layers to store raw yarn packages. It needs to keep force even between packages. Yarn guides include guide wheels and tension controllers. They make sure yarn enters the processing zone at constant tension.

Deformation section

The heater box uses electric heating tubes or heat transfer oil. Temperature control accuracy is ±1°C. This maximizes fiber plasticity in the glass transition temperature range. The friction disc false-twist unit uses ceramic friction discs. It runs at 3000 to 6000 rpm to create false-twist deformation. Disc spacing adjustment directly affects yarn elastic coefficient.

For texturing machine builders, Hansheng Automation can machine custom friction discs, godet rollers, heater box parts, and oil nozzles from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.

Cooling section

The double-layer cooling plate is made of aluminum alloy. A combined air and water cooling system quickly lowers 300°C yarn below 40°C. The amorphous region structure formed by rapid cooling determines the final elastic memory.

Oil application section

The oil circulation system includes a metering pump and oil collection tank. It precisely controls oil pick-up from 0.5% to 1.2%. The oil nozzle uses a microporous ceramic structure to form a uniform oil film. This improves tow cohesion and reduces breakage in later weaving.

Winding section

The precision winding head has a CCD automatic edge detection system. It uses a 7°30' taper to ensure smooth yarn package unwinding. The closed-loop tension control module uses a magnetic powder brake. It keeps winding tension fluctuation within ±2 cN. This maintains consistent density between inner and outer layers of the package.

Beyond texturing machine components, our precision component customization covers more than one industry. We machine printing machinery parts, food machinery parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, medical device components, yacht precision components, RC car precision components, and filling machinery parts. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
