A texturing machine turns untwisted filament yarn, such as polyester and nylon, into stable, high-elasticity textured yarn through four continuous stages: feeding, deformation, setting, and winding.
Feeding
The raw yarn unwinds from the creel and passes through yarn guides to the first godet roller. The godet draws the yarn at a constant speed. This keeps yarn speed stable for the following stages.
Deformation
A heater raises the yarn to 180 to 220°C, adjusted by material. This gives the fiber molecules thermoplastic behavior. A false-twist unit then applies helical twist to the softened yarn. The physical twist disappears as the yarn leaves the unit, but the heat-setting action locks the helical deformation in place.
Setting
The deformed yarn enters a second heating chamber for a second heat treatment. This step removes residual internal stress and improves molecular arrangement. It raises crimp stability and elastic recovery durability.
Winding
The set yarn is guided by the second godet into the winding unit. Tension control and traverse adjustment produce a finished yarn package with even density and regular shape, ready for storage, transport, and further processing.
For texturing machine builders, Hansheng Automation can machine custom yarn guides, godet rollers, heater box parts, and wear components from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches.
Our precision component customization is not limited to texturing machinery. We also machine parts for filling machinery, medical devices, printing machinery, tobacco packaging machinery, yacht components, RC car components, and food machinery. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and delivers one-off or batch parts to the required material, tolerance, and surface finish. Our scope is precision components, not complete machines.
