Metal detectors have several typical features in stability, product effect suppression, signal processing, and ease of operation.
Balanced coil principle. The unit uses a balanced detection principle, so it runs with better stability and reliability and gives better overall performance.
- Phase adjustment. Phase adjustment is used to tune the product, which suppresses product effect and reduces interference from the product itself.
- DSP and MCU combination. DSP and a microcontroller work together for data sampling and processing of the detection signal, which improves detection performance.
- Direct digital frequency generation. A direct digital frequency generator produces a sine wave with adjustable frequency, phase, and amplitude. This avoids the difficulty of adjusting and matching analog circuit parameters. Sensitivity and other parameters can be adjusted more easily.
- Display and interface. A large LCD panel provides menu languages such as Chinese and English. Users can choose the language they need, and the operator interface is clear.
- One-touch product learn. The unit automatically learns and remembers product characteristics. No manual parameter adjustment is needed, so operation is simple.
- Product parameter memory. It stores detection parameters for 100 products. Once a product is set, the parameters can be recalled when that product runs again.
- Line integration and customization. Conveyor systems and reject devices can be customized for the production line and integrated with it to improve efficiency. We machine precision parts from customer drawings, such as conveyor frames, guide chutes, brackets, pusher seats, flap shafts, and guards.
