The complex system of the YB25 soft pack packaging machine mainly consists of the following nine core parts:
- Cigarette feeding and processing system: responsible for feeding and arranging cigarettes to ensure they enter the packaging process in an orderly and accurate manner.
- Inner liner paper feeding system: includes components and mechanisms for unwinding, fixing, replacing, cutting, conveying, and positioning the inner liner paper, ensuring stable supply and accurate packaging.
- Label paper feeding system: supplies label paper for the cigarette pack and completes the outer label packaging.
- Tear tape feeding system: supplies tear tape and completes the sealing of the cigarette pack.
- Cigarette pack forming system: completes the final forming of the cigarette pack to ensure standard shape and neat appearance.
- Cigarette pack drying and output system: mainly completes drying of the label paper and tear tape, and outputs the finished cigarette packs.
- Power transmission system: provides power and transmission for machine operation to ensure coordinated movement of all components.
- Pneumatic system: uses air pressure to drive some components and realize automated control.
- Electronic control system: performs electrical control of the entire machine, coordinates the work of all systems, and ensures stable equipment operation.
