Bridge anti-corrosion coating equipment mainly includes six categories: spray guns, air compressors, high-pressure airless sprayers, surface treatment equipment, heating equipment, and mixing equipment. They cover the full process from surface pretreatment to paint spraying.
Spraying equipment
Spray guns include air spray guns and high-pressure airless spray guns. Air spray guns use compressed air to atomize paint. They suit small-area, high-precision touch-up and spraying of complex components. High-pressure airless spray guns atomize paint through hydraulic pressure. They are more efficient and give strong coating adhesion. They better suit large-area work on main bridge structures.
The core part of a high-pressure airless sprayer is a high-pressure pump, either a piston pump or a diaphragm pump. Output pressure is usually 15 to 35 MPa. It greatly reduces paint scattering, and utilization can be more than 30% higher than air spraying. We can machine custom nozzles, valve seats, high-pressure pump parts, and other precision components for sprayers from customer drawings, for single-piece or low-volume production.
Power and auxiliary equipment
Air compressors provide a stable air source for air spray guns and some pneumatic tools. Working pressure is generally maintained at 0.6 to 0.8 MPa.
Heating equipment heats high-viscosity paints, such as epoxy and polyurethane, to 50 to 70 °C to improve leveling and spraying efficiency.
Mixing equipment includes electric or pneumatic mixers. They ensure two-component paints mix evenly, prevent settling, and keep coating performance consistent.
Surface treatment equipment
Sandblasting and shot blasting equipment are the most critical preparation step before coating. Sandblasting machines use compressed air to project metal abrasives, such as steel grit and steel shot, to clean and roughen steel surfaces. They usually need to reach Sa2.5 near-white cleanliness and 50 to 100 μm roughness. Shot blasting machines use centrifugal force to throw shot at high speed. They are more efficient and suit large flat components and bridge decks.
Our custom precision component machining capability is not limited to bridge anti-corrosion coating equipment. Beyond nozzles, valve seats, pump parts, and blast wheel blades, we also machine yacht precision components, RC car structural parts, medical device parts, and non-standard parts for tobacco packaging machinery, filling machinery, and printing machinery. Hansheng Automation works from customer drawings and production quantities to deliver single-piece or low-volume precision machining.
