Five categories of accessories and supplies are commonly used in vacuum packaging: vacuum bags, vacuum packaging machines, air nozzles, sealing strips, and oxygen absorbers.
Vacuum bags
The most basic consumable. Materials include PE, PP, and PET, with different materials suited to different packaging needs. They block air, moisture, and oxidation, and can be used for food, electronics, and other items that need vacuum storage.
Vacuum packaging machines
The core equipment. They draw air from the bag and complete the seal once the preset vacuum level is reached. Types include external suction and chamber models.
Air nozzles
Used mainly with external suction vacuum packaging machines. The nozzle is inserted into the bag to help the machine draw air out, improving suction efficiency. The nozzle's port size and sealing surface accuracy directly affect suction speed and vacuum level. We can machine to customer drawings, for single pieces or small batches.
Sealing strips
Usually made of plastic, installed at the opening of the vacuum bag to strengthen the seal and prevent air from re-entering after packaging.
Oxygen absorbers
Usually powder or granular, they absorb residual oxygen in the bag and slow oxidation. They are common in food vacuum packaging and help extend shelf life.
Beyond the accessories above, our precision component machining capability also covers non-standard parts for food packaging machinery, pharmaceutical packaging machinery, and daily chemical filling equipment, as well as precision structural parts for yachts and RC race cars. Hansheng Automation machines single pieces or small batches to customer drawings, with material, tolerance, and surface finish specified by the drawing.
