A fully automatic ton bag packaging machine generally consists of a bag supply mechanism, bag loading mechanism, weighing hopper, feeding mechanism, bag inflation mechanism, bag lifting mechanism, bag turning mechanism, bag holding mechanism, inkjet coder, conveyor, and other parts. These mechanisms work together to complete bag supply, bag loading, filling, weighing, inflation, lifting, turning, holding, coding, and conveying. The machine is used for measured filling of granular materials with good flowability and output above 40 tons per hour. The entire packaging line runs automatically without manual operation. The packaging bags need to be center single lifting loop type and roll type. The equipment has many non-standard parts, so the specific configuration should be discussed with the manufacturer.
Parts in these mechanisms, such as bag supply rollers, bag loading grippers, weighing hoppers, feeding valves, inflation nozzles, bag lifting fixtures, turning mechanisms, bag holding plates, inkjet coder brackets, and conveyor rollers, are often customized by material characteristics, bag type, and output. Hansheng Automation can precision-machine these packaging machinery parts in single pieces or small batches according to customer design drawings. We can use stainless steel, aluminum alloy, carbon steel, or engineering plastics, control tolerances to drawing requirements, and provide surface treatments such as anodizing, blackening, nickel plating, or powder coating. This makes maintenance and replacement of non-standard parts easier.
Our custom precision machining capability is not limited to fully automatic ton bag packaging machines. In addition to packaging equipment parts for chemicals, building materials, grain, and feed, we can machine yacht precision parts, RC car precision parts, tobacco packaging machinery parts, filling machinery parts, printing machinery parts, and medical device parts according to drawings. After customers provide drawings, Hansheng Automation can support prototyping and batch production for non-standard parts.
