The station names of an 8-station packaging machine vary depending on the machine configuration. Taking the most common 8-station pre-made pouch packaging machine as an example, the standard station configuration is as follows:

1. Standard 8-Station Configuration with Zipper Function

Bag loading: empty bag picking and feeding

Coding: date and batch code printing

Zipper opening: opening the zipper at the pouch mouth

Bag opening: pneumatically opening the pouch mouth

Filling: product loading

Dust removal: removing residual dust from the pouch mouth

Vibration: compacting the product inside the pouch

Heat sealing: high-temperature sealing

Cooling and discharge: pressurized cooling and product output

For precision-machined cams, indexing plates, sealing jaws, or other non-standard components used in 8-station packaging machines, Hansheng Automation provides custom machining services based on customer drawings.

2. Simplified Configuration Without Zipper Function

When the bag width is 200 mm or less and no zipper function is required, the zipper opening station is removed. The adjusted station sequence is as follows:

Bag loading

Coding

Bag opening (moved to the original zipper opening position)

Filling (moved to the original bag opening position)

Dust removal

Vibration

Heat sealing

Cooling and discharge

Note: If a zipper function needs to be added later, the filling station should be adjusted to the fifth position, and the zipper opening station should be restored.
