Production of medical far-infrared therapeutic gel mainly relies on mixing and gelation systems, both requiring precise temperature control and efficient stirring.

1. Mixing equipment

Raw materials need to be mixed uniformly, and a planetary mixer is suitable. Its mixing blades rotate both around the central axis and on their own axes, leaving no dead zones. The machine has a temperature control system, typically from room temperature to 100°C, and a speed range of 0 to 60 rpm. Parts that contact the material are made of 316L stainless steel, which resists corrosion and cleans easily, preventing cross-batch contamination. We can machine mixing blades, tank liners, and other parts for planetary mixers to customer drawings, for single pieces or small batches.

2. Gelation equipment

The gel reaches its final form in this step. The key is controlling the chemical reaction conditions. The equipment uses a jacketed reactor, heated electrically or by steam, with temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. pH is monitored by an inline pH meter. The reactor body is 316L stainless steel with an electropolished inner wall to ensure gel stability and uniform far-infrared properties.

3. Auxiliary and supporting equipment

A complete production line also needs the following:

Vacuum defoaming machine: removes bubbles from the mixed slurry before filling, so the product has no internal voids.

Filling and sealing machine: fills the gel quantitatively into aluminum or plastic tubes and seals them. It must meet aseptic or cleanroom requirements.

Purified water equipment: production water meets the Purified Water standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Testing equipment: includes a viscometer, pH meter, and far-infrared emissivity tester to check whether core product performance meets standards.

Beyond the parts for the equipment above, our precision component machining capability also covers non-standard parts for pharmaceutical packaging machinery, food filling equipment, and daily chemical packaging lines, as well as precision structural parts for yachts and RC race cars. Hansheng Automation machines single pieces or small batches to customer drawings, with material, tolerance, and surface finish specified by the drawing.
