A PP strap automatic strapping machine uses a new electronic logic control system to run the strap cycle at high speed and with accurate placement. It can work as a stand-alone unit or as part of a conveyor line, and it is built for unattended operation.
Speed and accuracy
The electronic logic control system improves cycle speed and strap placement. One-button control starts the full strapping cycle. Once the package is in position, the machine can complete the cycle without an operator.
Flexible configuration
The number of strap lanes can be set from 1 to 5 based on the package and line requirement. Each strap takes about 2.2 seconds. This lets the machine match different output targets and package sizes.
Stable operation and service access
The electrical components come from established international brands. The machine uses a lift-up tabletop design. This makes maintenance and repair access easier and reduces service time. When a tension roller, guide, cutter, or sealing part reaches its wear limit, Hansheng Automation can machine a replacement from customer drawings. We match material, tolerance, and surface treatment to the machine and working conditions.
Adaptability
The photo eye position can be adjusted to suit different package sizes and strap locations. The machine can run on its own or connect to a conveyor. In a conveyor line, it supports automatic and unattended strapping.
Strap modes
The machine offers four strap modes. Operators can choose the mode that fits the package and production flow.
Where it fits
This type of machine suits lines that need steady output, simple operation, and low labor input. It works with PP strap and handles cartons and similar packages in logistics, warehousing, and production.
Hansheng Automation also machines custom precision parts beyond strapping equipment. Our drawing-based service covers filling machinery, tobacco packaging machinery, yacht components, RC car components, and non-standard parts for printing, food, and medical equipment. We work from customer drawings for single pieces and small batches.
