The mechanical structure of the printing slotting machine mainly consists of the feeding section, the printing section, and the slotting section.

Feeding Section
This section uses a vacuum-assisted rear-kick feeding system. The air volume can be automatically adjusted according to the size and curvature of the board to ensure accurate feeding. The kicker plate is made of aluminum alloy, making it lightweight and durable, while the pneumatic backstop provides stable sheet support. A nylon brush is also included to remove dust and debris from the printing surface, which helps improve print quality.

Printing Section
The printing section uses a foot switch to electrically control the forward and reverse rotation of the plate cylinder, allowing convenient plate changes. The phase of the printing unit is adjusted through an electric planetary gear system with digital display, ensuring precise positioning. The lateral adjustment range of the plate cylinder is up to 20 mm, which further improves printing accuracy. Clearance adjustment uses advanced sun gear adjustment technology and is suitable for 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply corrugated board.

Slotting Section
The slotting section features electric linked adjustment and can complete slotting and creasing in one pass, greatly improving production efficiency. The box height can be adjusted electrically with digital display for accurate setup. Electric phase adjustment is also equipped with digital display to ensure slotting accuracy. An optional additional punch handle device is available to meet different requirements.

For replacement of high-wear parts such as feeding rollers, plate cylinder shafts, and slotting blades, Hansheng Automation provides custom machining based on customer drawings or samples, including single-piece and small-batch orders.
