This equipment is a vibration-based machine. Users should regularly check the tightness of screws in all parts. If any screw becomes loose, tighten it promptly to prevent faults and damage.

Acrylic parts, such as the worktable plate and medicine plates, should be kept away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Do not place heavy objects on them. Medicine plates must be stored vertically or laid flat to avoid deformation and damage.

The electrical enclosure and machine body must be grounded to ensure safety. Cut off the power supply after work is completed.

At the end of each working day, clean residual medicine on the machine and inside mold holes. Keep the whole machine clean and hygienic. Do not wash the main unit with water. If the molds on the machine need cleaning, loosen the fixing screws and remove them. Installation is convenient.

For capsule filling machine users and maintenance teams, Hansheng Automation can machine replacement and non-standard parts from customer drawings, such as molds, worktable plates, medicine plates, and mounting screws, in single pieces or small batches.
