Oil temperature machines are common in industrial production. When filling time becomes too long, the issue is often related to abnormal heating, cooling, water supply, or pump operation. Based on a brief troubleshooting analysis from Ouneng Machinery, users can check the following common faults.

The oil temperature machine cannot raise temperature.
Possible cause: cooling water pipes are connected in reverse. Replace or correct the cooling water pipe connection. If heating cannot rise normally, the filling or heating cycle will take longer.

Loud noise during machine operation.
Possible cause: motor bearings are worn. Replace the motor bearings. Worn bearings can reduce pump stability and affect flow performance.

Water shortage alarm at startup.
Possible cause: external cooling water pressure is insufficient and does not reach the specified pressure. Another cause is a blocked pipeline. Clean the pipeline. Low water pressure or blockage can slow down filling and circulation.

Alarm and reverse phase after startup.
Reverse phase: adjust the sequence of two phase wires in the input power supply. Phase loss: check whether the three-phase power supply is balanced. Reverse phase protector damaged: replace it. Power supply problems can prevent the pump or heating system from working normally.

Oil temperature machine pump leaks.
Possible cause: shaft seal is damaged. Replace the shaft seal. A leaking pump will lose pressure and flow, which can directly extend filling time.

In summary, when a mold temperature machine shows the above common faults, users can refer to these checks and troubleshoot some problems themselves. This helps avoid unnecessary delays and saves time.

For repair and replacement parts such as shaft seals, pump shafts, impellers, couplings, and water pipe connectors, Hansheng Automation can machine non-standard components from customer drawings in single pieces or small batches.
