Round pipe polishing machines are also called centerless polishing machines, centerless external cylindrical polishing machines, or external cylindrical polishing machines. They come in single-group and multi-station types. They are mainly used for rust removal and polishing in hardware manufacturing, vehicle parts, steel-wood furniture, instrument machinery, standard parts, and before and after electroplating. They are a good choice for polishing round pipes, round rods, and slender shafts. Workpieces keep a high brightness after machining, and the original dimensions are not affected. The machine also suits high-brightness polishing of workpieces after centerless grinding.

Working characteristics

The machine has high working efficiency and suits batch processing. A multi-station model can hold several polishing heads at the same time, which reduces loading and unloading and makes cycle time more stable. Polishing heads can use flap wheels, nylon wheels, or polishing wheels. Guide wheel speed is adjustable to match round pipes of different diameters and lengths. During operation, pay attention to feed alignment, polishing head pressure, and guide wheel speed matching to avoid workpiece jumping or surface burning.

We can machine guide wheels, polishing head mounts, drive shafts, and guard covers for round pipe polishing machines from customer drawings, in single pieces or small batches. Hansheng Automation works to drawing dimensions and assembly clearances.

Our precision parts machining service is not limited to round pipe polishing machines. Hansheng Automation can machine custom parts from drawings for hydraulic equipment, textile machinery, food processing equipment, medical devices, printing machinery, yacht fittings, and RC car structural parts. Single pieces and small batches are both available, with attention to material, tolerance, surface finish, and assembly fit.
