Common oil filling machines mainly include the following filling methods:

Rotary filling machine
Also called rotary type, it generally adopts continuous filling, meaning containers complete the filling action automatically while moving. It is suitable for high-output production lines.

Gravity filling machine
Its structure and principle are relatively simple, so it has lower manufacturing cost and is easy to maintain. However, filling speed is relatively slow, accuracy is relatively low, and it is significantly affected by liquid level changes. Since it relies mainly on liquid weight and atmospheric pressure to complete filling, it is less suitable for liquids with high viscosity.

Piston filling machine
This type uses a piston principle similar to a syringe. Due to structural costs and consumables, the filling volume per cycle is usually small, making it more practical for small and medium doses and less suitable for large-dose production.

Weighing filling machine
It uses the high accuracy of electronic scales by connecting electronic weight signal sensors to a weighing control instrument. During metering, the sensor pressure signal is continuously transmitted to the control instrument. When the preset weight is reached, the control instrument stops the pump and closes the pneumatic valve. This method is practical for large-dose filling.

Flow meter filling machine
A flow meter is added to the filling pipeline to calculate oil volume as the liquid passes through. The control system can automatically track changes in oil temperature and density and adjust the filling volume accordingly, reducing metering errors caused by temperature and density variations and achieving relatively high accuracy.

For non-standard components in the above types of oil filling machines, such as filling valves, pistons, connecting flanges, sensor mounting bases, and pipeline fittings, Hansheng Automation provides custom machining based on customer drawings, supporting material selection and tolerance control to meet the requirements of different filling methods and material characteristics.
