A concentric stranding machine is a non-untwisting strander. It has relatively high production efficiency. Its main principle is that the storage discs are mounted coaxially on the spindle, so there is no upper and lower disc issue. Hansheng Automation provides build-to-print custom machining for this type of equipment. We make spindles, storage discs, flyer arms, guide wheel assemblies, and other precision parts from customer drawings.
When stranding conductors, multiple wires are rewound into the storage discs at the same time. After rewinding, they also need to be paid off through the flyers at the same time. In existing designs, two storage discs are usually mounted on the spindle. Each storage disc pays off three wires at the same time.
The flyer mechanism has two flyer arm structures. Each flyer arm structure is equipped with a guide wheel set. Each storage disc corresponds to one flyer arm structure. That is, the three wires paid off from each storage disc pass over the guide wheel set of its corresponding flyer arm structure and are led out.
Beyond concentric stranding equipment, our precision custom machining capability is not limited to cable machinery. Hansheng Automation can machine tobacco packaging machinery parts, filling machinery parts, printing machinery parts, and food machinery parts from customer drawings. We can also machine yacht precision components, RC car precision components, and non-standard metal parts for medical devices. We focus on build-to-print custom machining and produce single pieces or small batches according to customer drawings. We do not sell complete machines.
