The woven bag center-seal bag making machine can produce various compound bags and combined bags, including center-seal compound bags with or without gussets, flat mouth or self-sealing valve mouth, paper-plastic combined bags, and plastic woven cylindrical bags. It is suitable for packaging cement, chemical raw materials, fertilizer, grain, and other materials, and can handle different bag types and packaging needs.

 

The machine uses a continuous production process, including unwinding, printing, paper lining, gluing, tube forming, edge sealing, bag cutting, conveying, stacking, and counting. When these steps are linked, production efficiency increases, the process is simplified, production cost drops, and packaging quality and safety are better protected. These steps place precision and wear resistance requirements on parts such as feed rollers, printing rollers, traction rollers, heat sealing jaws, cutting knives, gusset formers, bag formers, glue nozzles, counting sensor brackets, and conveyor belt wheels. Hansheng Automation can precision-machine these packaging machinery parts in single pieces or small batches according to customer design drawings. We can use stainless steel, aluminum alloy, carbon steel, or engineering plastics, control tolerances to drawing requirements, and provide surface treatments such as anodizing, blackening, nickel plating, or powder coating. This helps the machine keep feeding, tube forming, edge sealing, and bag cutting stable during continuous operation.

 

The machine uses automatic control to complete multiple tasks, reduce operator workload, and improve production efficiency. During long continuous runs, it needs to stay stable to keep packaging quality and consistency.
