Feeding and conveying accessories
(1) Packaging film handling accessories
The film rack assembly includes a fixed shaft, pneumatic expansion sleeve, and film pressing roller. It holds and tensions food packaging roll film to prevent deviation during operation. Most parts are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel.
The photoelectric correction system consists of a correction sensor and a servo actuator. It corrects lateral film deviation in real time to keep bag shapes aligned.
The film break detection switch uses infrared or mechanical contact. When film breakage is detected, it triggers a stop to prevent empty bag production.

Forming and sealing accessories
(1) Forming components
Bag formers are divided by bag type into flat pouch, stand-up pouch, and zipper pouch formers. They fold flat composite packaging film into a tube or a specified bag shape. They are usually made of food-grade stainless steel.
The guide roller group consists of multiple smooth food-grade 304 stainless steel rollers. They guide film precisely into the former and sealing station.
(2) Sealing and cutting components
Heating sealing bars use Teflon coating or ceramic heating bars. They suit PE and PET composite food packaging film. Temperature control adjusts the sealing temperature to maintain seal strength and meet food contact safety standards.
The easy-tear embossing wheel presses easy-tear lines into the seal. It can also print production dates, batch numbers, and other information at the same time.
The sealing drive cylinder provides stable sealing pressure for even seals without leaks.
Cutting knife components include flat cutters, serrated cutters, or flying cutters. They cut formed bags as needed. Some cutters use carbide to improve wear resistance.
These forming, sealing, and cutting parts are often customized by bag type, film material, and output. Control and inspection accessories
(1) Detection and sensor accessories
Color mark sensors read printed color marks on packaging film. They control bag length and sealing and cutting positions to avoid bag shape deviation.
Material level sensors use photoelectric or capacitive types. They detect the remaining food material in the hopper and trigger an alarm and stop when material is low.
Temperature sensors collect sealing temperature in real time. They work with temperature controllers for closed-loop control and stable seal quality.
(2) Control and execution accessories
Servo or stepper motors drive film feeding, sealing, and cutting movements for packaging accuracy.
PLC controllers and touch screens provide machine logic control and parameter settings. Users can adjust bag length, sealing temperature, feeding speed, and other parameters.
Pneumatic system components include solenoid valves, pressure regulating valves, and oil mist separators. They control pneumatic action start and stop and maintain stable pressure.
Auxiliary support accessories
Anti-static and dust removal devices remove static from the film surface and prevent dust adhesion. This meets food packaging hygiene requirements.
Finished product collection tables or palletizing devices receive cut bags for neat collection or automatic stacking.
Wear and consumable replacement parts include spare heating wires, Teflon repair tape, seals, and film guide roller bearings for daily maintenance.
Finished product conveyor chutes are made of stainless steel. They guide finished bags into the collection table and prevent scratches on the packaging surface.
