The structural components of our automatic activated carbon bagging machine are machined to drawing, so installation requires no on-site fitting. The column and beam connections allow the machine height to be adjusted to match different bag sizes, which means changing bag format does not require replacing the main frame.
The human-machine interface covers both the packaging cycle and equipment maintenance. Operators can set parameters, check running status, and read fault messages on the touchscreen, and during maintenance they can pull up the action log for each station to cut troubleshooting time.
The bag-clamping station is fitted with a dust collection device. Activated carbon dust is easily carried out by air during filling and clamping, so the collector creates negative pressure near the bag mouth to capture escaped dust and keep the surrounding area clean.
The drive system uses a variable-frequency motor and inverter, both with dust-proof enclosures rated for the dusty environment of an activated carbon workshop. Feed speed is adjusted steplessly through the inverter, so the discharge rate can be set to suit the bag format and the flow characteristics of the material.
Beyond structural components, we also machine bag-clamping assemblies, filling heads, adjustment mechanisms, and other dedicated packaging machinery parts to customer drawings, for single pieces or small batches.
