The equipment used to make Mazha depends on production scale and material. It mainly covers three processes: cutting, forming, and assembly. It can be divided into small workshop / hand-tool upgrade equipment, semi-automatic batch production equipment, and fully automatic large-scale production lines.
1. Small Workshop / Hand-Tool Upgrade Equipment
This type suits family workshops and small-batch customized production. Single-machine cost is low, and operation is simple.
(1) Metal Mazha Processing Equipment
Manual / electric tube bender: suitable for round and square tubes with a diameter of 8–16 mm. Manual models can make fixed-angle bends. Electric models use positioning dies and achieve bending accuracy of ±1 mm. Unit price: RMB 1,000–5,000.
Tube cutting machine: manual hydraulic models can cut steel pipes with wall thickness ≤2 mm, with a cutting length error ≤0.5 mm. CNC models can perform batch cutting to length, with a daily capacity of 300–500 pieces.
Power-frequency spot welder: power 25–50 kVA, used for welding connection nodes of metal Mazha. Weld strength should meet the requirements of QB/T 2389-2017 Folding Chairs. Operators need protective masks.
Basic assembly tools: including pneumatic screwdrivers, clip installation pliers, and positioning fixture tables, used to assemble fabric seats and folding pivots.
(2) Wood / Bamboo Mazha Processing Equipment
Small cut-off saw: cuts solid wood and bamboo into support parts of preset length, with cutting accuracy of ±1 mm.
Handheld sander: grinds edges and corners of supports to remove burrs, preventing damage to fabric and users.
Bench drill: used with positioning fixtures to drill φ8–φ12 mm pivot mounting holes, ensuring hole position consistency.
(3) Plastic Mazha Processing Equipment
50–100 ton horizontal injection molding machine: used to produce plastic Mazha supports, clips, and pivot parts. Unit price: RMB 30,000–80,000. Suitable for small-batch plastic part production.
2. Semi-Automatic Batch Production Equipment
This type suits small and medium-scale production of 5,000–20,000 sets per month. It reduces labor dependence and improves production efficiency.
Tube cutting and bending combo machine: integrates automatic cutting and bending. It can complete full forming of Mazha supports in one pass, with a daily capacity of 800–1,500 support sets. It adapts to multiple tube specifications.
Multi-station rotary spot welder: equipped with an automatic feeding mechanism, it can complete 3–5 weld points at the same time. Workers only need to load and unload. Daily capacity: 1,000–2,000 welded sets.
Fabric cutting and sewing combo machine: automatically recognizes fabric size and completes cutting, edge binding, and sewing in one integrated process. One machine can replace 3–5 sewing workers. It suits common fabrics such as canvas and Oxford cloth.
Pneumatic assembly line: worktables with positioning fixtures, together with pneumatic clip installation tools, improve assembly efficiency by more than 30% compared with manual work.
3. Fully Automatic Large-Scale Production Line
This type suits professional furniture manufacturers with an annual capacity of more than one million sets, achieving full-process automated production.
Intelligent tube processing center: imports processing parameters through CAD drawings and integrates cutting, chamfering, bending, and punching. It supports flexible multi-variety production, with a daily capacity of more than 3,000 support sets.
Industrial robot welding workstation: equipped with a vision positioning system, it automatically grabs support parts for spot welding or arc welding. Weld consistency and strength meet national standards. Daily capacity: more than 2,000 sets.
Fully automatic fabric processing line: includes automatic fabric spreading, intelligent cutting, sewing, and ironing. It completes the full process for Mazha seats and backrests, with a yield rate ≥99%.
Intelligent final assembly and packaging line: equipped with AGV feed carts and robotic arm assembly equipment, it completes automatic assembly, inspection, and packaging of supports, fabrics, and accessories, achieving fully automated delivery from raw material to finished product.
For equipment builders and workshops upgrading these machines, Hansheng Automation can machine non-standard components from customer drawings-such as bending dies, locating fixtures, welding jigs, cutting blades, and assembly tooling-in single pieces or small batches.
