An automatic bag feeding machine connects product distribution, bag handling, bag loading, and sealing into one automatic process. During operation, products are arranged first, bags are opened by vacuum suction or mechanical fingers, products are pushed into the bags, and sealing and shaping are completed. If non-standard parts such as suction cup mounting bases, bag clamping fingers, bag opening mechanisms, or conveyor rails are worn or need modification for the site, we can custom machine them according to customer drawings. Product distribution
Products to be packaged are arranged in a set direction by a conveyor belt or robotic arm, forming a queue that enters the work area. Product spacing and orientation must meet bag loading requirements. This stage controls cycle time and prepares for bag loading.
Recognition and positioning (optional)
Models equipped with a vision system use sensors to capture the product's 3D coordinates in real time and dynamically correct the robot arm path. This configuration suits irregular products or non-fixed spacing.
Bag handling
The bag magazine or roll film feeding system releases packaging bags. Vacuum suction cups or mechanical fingers open the bag mouth. The bag opening success rate can reach 99.8%. Some models use a rotary bag opening mechanism to help expand the mouth and prevent thin bags from sticking.
Bag loading
The synchronized control system pushes the product into the opened bag. Positioning error is kept within ±0.5 mm. For heavy products, such as 25 kg feed bags, a dual-servo linked pushing mechanism keeps the bag stable during filling.
Sealing and shaping
Depending on material, the machine uses pulse heat sealing for PE bags or ultrasonic sealing for composite film bags. Some food-grade machines include nitrogen flushing. A seal strength inspection module provides real-time feedback on seal quality. Nonconforming products automatically enter the reject channel.
